About this event

In this webinar Gillian Powell will share ideas for creative nature play opportunities for babies and toddlers.

The activities will encourage love and connection between the educator, the child and their family and base the play experiences on a nature pedagogy.

The play opportunities will explore the four themes of Aistear – Well Being, Exploring and Thinking, Identity and Belonging and Communicating.

The resources (mainly natural materials) used in the presentation will be sustainable and will honour the aims and objectives of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Booking Criteria:

• Registrations are open to Early Learning & Care services based in County Offaly only (your place may be cancelled if you do not meet this criteria)
• Booking is on a first come, first served basis
• Places are limited to 4 participants per service
• DCEDIY Number, name of service and contact details must be given at time of registration for each participant
