Little Scholars Childcare are seeking to employ a full time practitioner who is dedicated and enthusiastic.

We welcome candidates who hold a minimum level 5 qualification, Experience as an Early Years Practitioner preferable, you will play a crucial role in the care and education of children aged between 6months and 5yrs 6 months.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Daily Duties to include:
 Caring for and engaging with children in a nurturing environment ensuring that all of their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
 Communicating to the manager consistently and regularly in order to best meet the needs of the children, parents and team members.
 Developing and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, and offer children opportunities to reach their full potential in line with our Aistear Curriculum.
 Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
 Carry out physical hygiene and feeding routines in an efficient manner whilst ensuring that the children’s emotional well-being is considered.

❗ Requirements:
 Minimum level 5 qualifications in Early Years Education and Care.
 Enthusiasm and passion for working with children in order to help them reach their full potential.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, who place the child central to all practices.
 Capability of working with and meeting the needs of the children and families in our care.
 Garda vetting and reference checks will be conducted for all applicants.
