Minister Norma Foley – TD joined Minister Hildegarde Naughton and Minister of State Michael Moynihan today to launch the National Conversation on Education. 
The outcomes of the National Conversation will be used to inform the agenda for the Convention on Education which will discuss key issues about the future of education, including the development of a new action plan to build an affordable, accessible and high-quality early learning and care and school-age childcare system.
