Are you are manager/owner working in a service in Offaly? Would you like support from like-minded professionals?
This CoPP involves bringing managers together to chat, share a cuppa and share your experiences on topics that are chosen by the group.
The purpose of CoPP is to support, educate and encourage each other, which helps to integrate change for the better.
Discussions will include:
- Managing staff absences
- QIPP
- Sharing ideas, experiences and solutions
- Current issues and areas of interest identified by managers
