Dear Service Provider,
With the Halloween break approaching, we are reminding all services to submit a Service Need Review for any child who does not need AIM Level 7 support during National Childcare Scheme (NCS) hours, including NCS Wraparound and NCS Only hours.
Following the redesign of AIM Level 7, children approved for Level 7 support will automatically receive support during NCS hours once they have a confirmed NCS claim and a confirmed AIM Level 7 Confirmation Form. This means the process is now opt-out rather than opt-in. If a child does not need this support for some or all their NCS hours, you must submit a Service Need Review.
To submit a Service Needs Review:
- Select Programme.
- Select Better Start/AIM.
- Select AIM Level 7 Capitations.
- Click View on the relevant capitation.
- Under the Reviews section, click Create to submit the review.
