The Hub is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and organised individual to run our After-School Programme during the school term time.
DAYS: Monday to Friday
LOCATION:
Lorrha National School
Lorraha,
Nenagh
Co. Tipperary
E45 AH05
HOURS: After-school programme hours plus additional internal hours
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✳️Plan and deliver a safe, engaging, and inclusive after-school programme for primary school children.
✳️Supervise and support children in a positive and caring environment.
✳️Organise activities such as arts and crafts, games, homework support, and outdoor play.
✳️Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming space.
✳️Communicate effectively with school staff and parents when required.
✳️Administrative duties which would include record keeping. Full training provided.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
✅Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
✅Friendly, patient, and energetic with a genuine interest in child development.
✅Strong organisational and communication skills.
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
