Dear Service Provider, 
On 10 October 2025, the Minister for Children, Disability, and Equality announced a 10 percent increase in the Additional AIM Level 7 Capitation under the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM).
This increase applies to all services receiving this capitation from 13 October 2025, in accordance with the new Employment Regulation Order (ERO). The updated capitation rates will be available on the Early Years Hive by 24 October 2025, and backdated payments to 13 October will be issued on 31 October 2025.
